shotcast Terms of Service

shotcast ("the Service") is a short-form video studio that helps users automatically edit their own media into vertical videos and publish them to third-party platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

To publish to a third-party platform you must connect that platform's account via its official OAuth flow. You authorize the Service to act on your behalf only for the actions you explicitly request (such as uploading a video you created). You may revoke this authorization at any time from within the Service or from the platform's own settings.

You retain all ownership of the media and videos you upload or generate. You represent that you have the rights to the content you process and publish, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any platform's policies. You are solely responsible for the content you publish through the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or in violation of the terms of any connected platform (including the TikTok Developer Terms, YouTube API Services Terms, and Meta Platform Terms). We may suspend access that violates these terms.

Publishing relies on third-party APIs. Their availability, behavior, and policies are outside our control, and your use of each platform is governed by that platform's own terms. The Service is not endorsed by or affiliated with TikTok, YouTube, Google, Meta, Instagram, or Naver.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
